Fendi is a family business made up of 5 sisters - although Karl Lagerfeld - joined the creative team in the 60s. Their mother and father, Adele Fendi and Eduardo, opened a leather goods and fur store in 1925. After the death of their father, the sisters took over the business, expanding on their individual interests, such as leather-wear, furs, public relations, etc. making the company what it is today. Fendi is known for the "baguette" and of course there signature double "F" logo, which Karl Lagerfeld played a role in.
